Say Good Bye to "Water Colors"

Another fabric has bit the dust....  Every so often I go into my fabric stores and do an "inventory" of the fabric to make sure, the covers I show on my blog are still available to make.  On my last trip a couple days ago, I was sad to learn another "boy" favorite fabric was gone :(  I think this one is a great neutral, it doesn't scream boy, especially with an added flower on the strap.  So farewell.. "Water Colors" it was nice making you :)   

I do have ONE left in this fabric.  It's under the tab FOR SALE.  Be sure to check it out if you want the last of the Water Color fabric.  It is already made and ready to be shipped :)

A sweet girl, named Erin, mailed me this super cute owl fabric to be made into a carseat covers for her twin girls.  She was so sweet to email me the pics to show how cute they look on her carseats!    This was my first time making a cover for a Baby Trend Carseat, so I was thrilled to see how cute they fit on them :)

Two New Boy Carseat Covers

These are my newest additions to my Boy Carseat Covers!

As always, these covers come with the "gathered back", so in ANYweather, the top of the carseat cover WILL NOT fall/fly off!

I think these two are pretty stinkin cute and If I had a boy (hahahah) I would love either of these or any "BOY" cover really! 

Also I really see the "Rain Forest" carseat cover being "neutral or girly".  I could easily add more aqua and a bow to it to make it for a girl....

Girl ~ Owl Carseat Cover

I had a sweet Girl, send me these two cute fabrics to make carseat covers for her twin girls!  Anyone who knows me, knows I LOVE owls, but yet I never thought to put these two fabrics together.....  They're so cute!!  I made them different but yet similar for her.  I did one with Pink rick rack and the other with Purple.

 Pink Owl ~  Pink rick rack, purple stitching, pink ribbon and purple button flower.

Purple Owl ~ Purple rick rack, pink stitching, purple ribbon and pink button flower.

Button flowers on top of strap.

I think these two turned out so darling!  Congrats Erin on your twin Girls!!

Questions and Answers

Just to clear up a few questions that I've been getting :)

  Can I make covers out of OTHER fabric than what is on my blog?  YES!!!!

The covers you see on my blog are covers I have made and as far as I know the fabric is still available.  If you see a fabric you want, send me a picture of it and if I can find it, I can make it for you!  Also if you have material you want a cover made out of, send it to me and I can make it!

All of my carseat covers are Made to Order.  Meaning:  When you place your order for a carseat cover, I then start working on making your cover.  With the exception of the covers under the For Sale tab, NONE of the carseat covers are pre-made.
